HOMEOWNERS WISHING TO APPLY TO THE PROGRAM MUST HAVE INCOMES BETWEEN 30% AND 80% OF THE COUNTY MEDIA INCOME, AND ARE SELECTED BASED ON THE NEED FOR THE REPAIRS, THE ABILITY TO PAY AN AFFORDABLE HABITAT DEED RESTRICTED LOAN(0% INTEREST), AND A WILLINGNESS TO COMPLETE THE REQUIRED HOURS OF SWEAT EQUITY LABOR TOWARD REHABILITATION OF THEIR HOMES.
