Board members and officers submit annual certifications of compliance with or disclosure on the organization's conflict of interest policy. The certifications are reviewed and monitored for compliance by south county housing corporation's human resources department.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

The organization does not compensate its top management and top financial official directly. Sccb shares management employees with south county housing corporation (sch, a related 501(c)(3)organization) and uses sch as a common paymaster. Sch's personnel committee, made up of independent directors, reviews compensation and performance annually for both top officials. Salary ranges are determined by participation in salary surveys for both our industry and our location. The organization also considers internal parity as well as financial status of the company - what we can afford. The ceo's compensation is approved/reviewed by personnel committee of board of directors. Salaries are determined by level of experience, performance and again, internal parity. The company conducts annual performance and compensation evaluations, with compensation tied to performance ratings.
