Most of the revisions to the san jose downtown foundation bylaws in 2021 were small changes from the 2013 version of the bylaws. They included: - matching language to the sjda bylaws for consistency. Update the gender language - a trustee may be reelected and serve 3 terms now, instead of 2 terms.
