The Organizations affordable rental housing project was transferred to another California nonprofit organization in September 2015 after approval was obtained from state and county governmental authorities under an orderly transition agreement. The Organization transferred its genenral partner positions in two partnerships which own rental housing projects to another California nonprofit organization in September 2015.
