The conflict-of-interest policy applies to all trustees as well as individuals who exercise discretionary and/or fiduciary authority over the trust. At least once annually, trustees and other fiduciaries will disclose in writing any relationships or interest that could give rise to a conflict. If a conflict arises, the trustees have discretionary authority to determine whether a conflict in fact exists and, if so, whether the contemplated transaction may be authorized as just, fair and reasonable to the trust. Such determinations will be made without the input or participation of the conflicted individual.

The plan's administrator has analyzed the tax positions taken by the plan and has concluded that, as of november 29, 2019, there are no uncertain positions taken, or expected to be taken, that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The plan is subject to routine audits by the taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The plan's administrator believes the plan is no longer subject to income tax examinations for the fiscal years prior to 2017.
