New management and the board of directors, working with outside consultants, have made a good faith effort to make all adjustments deemed necessary to correctly state those items as of september 30, 2015. The independent financial audit for the fiscal year ended september 30, 2015 has not yet been completed. Upon the completion of the audit, should there be any material adjustments to the amounts shown on part x, lines 3, 25 and 27-29 (as well as any other amounts shown on part x), the foundation will file an amended return reflecting those adjustments.
