Regina tames began providing such services in august 2024 and was compensated a total amount of $70,530 during the calendar year ending within the reporting year."”

“The form 990 is prepared by an independent tax accountant, in collaboration with the organization's finance and accounting staff. The draft form 990 is then reviewed by the ceo, sr. Vp of global operations, and the audit committee. The board of directors are all invited to the audit committee meeting where the draft 990 is reviewed. Adjustments are made, as necessary, following the audit committee meeting. A final copy of the form 990 is then distributed to the board of directors prior to filing with the internal revenue service.”

“At least annually, and upon hire or engagement, directors, officers, and staff are required to disclose any personal, professional, or financial relationships that could give rise to a conflict of interest. Disclosures are reviewed by human resources and the integrity + compliance function in the case of staff, and by the board in the case of directors. Identified conflicts are documented, tracked, and managed through mitigation measures, including recusal from related discussions or decisions. Records of disclosures and actions taken are maintained in personnel files and in the minutes of board or committee meetings.”
