There were unexplained of taking of funds from the cooperative account and membership accounts into other fund and bank accountsthe rabo bank account of vista de la terraza (vdlt) is 0563347329the rabo bank membership of vdlt is 0066034624on 06-26-2015, there was a wire transfer from 0563347329 in the amount of $398,633.60 to first americal tit201506206l2b77y1c000168 exhibit ion 02-12-2015, there was a phone/online transfer from the membership account in the amount of $1,600 to a ref 0431710 fund transfer to dep xxx-xx-xxxx (exhibit ii)on 07-27-2015, a phone /online transfer occured from the account 0066034624, the membership account in the amount of $50,933.29 to deposit account of 0771167140 the leasehold improvement assets disappared on the 09-30-2014 of the 990 returns filed by chispa in behalf of vista de la terraza.the leashold improvements on the books were; 278,960less; depreciation or accummulated depreciation (218,082)net classified as other expenses 60878the amount of 758 was classified as expense for maintenance because we suspect that these were bank charges expenses

Chispa was supposed to be the managing arm of vista de la terraza ( sch o,2013, 990 part vi section a line 3). But through the years from its inception in the 1980s, vista de la terraza became a subordinate organzation. The 40 unit bld in which the members paid the existing mortgage already, beleive that they are under the vista de la terraza. It is unclear how the management and maintenace fees are paid and who is receivng it. Currently, vista, cannot even have access to the 2016 bank records because chispas directors were the ones on the bank documents.
