“Membership in the church shall be open to anyone who professes personal faith in christ for his/her eternal salvation and who signifies this by a commitment to holy living and water baptism by immersion after conversion. Everyone must profess and confess a jesus to become a member of the body of the church.”

The pastor along with the administrative council shall elect the deacons to be on trial. New deacons shall be installed during an ordination service following this trial period.
