Trauma Managers Association of California (TMAC) is a membership-based organization designed to meet the needs of trauma & EMS program mangers/coordinators by providing an effective forum for networking with colleagues across the state, both at the hospital level and the EMS level. TMAC's mission is to (1) provide leadership for trauma system development and maintenance of a continuum of care for critical truama patients, founded on evidence-based research, performance improvement processes, and the promotion of best practice principles, and (2) provide mentoring and education for hospital trauma program managers and local emergency medical service agency trauma system managers within California.
