Mission

Oakland primary health services is dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality, culturally sensitive primary and preventive health care services for all people. Ophs works to improve health disparities in our community by focusing on infant wellbeing, teen pregnancy, asthma, diabetes, oral health, integrated behavioral health, women's health and the many other health conditions affecting our patients.
