“The Executive Officers make up the governing body. They are the President Financial Secretary Treasurer the organization currently does not have a Treasurer 4 Vice-Presidents Recording Secretary and 3 Trustees. The Executive Officers meet each month to develop recommendations concerning the day-to-day and other activities of the Local Union. They have the authority to act between the monthly membership business meetings but all actions by the Executive Officers must be approved by the members present at such meetings.0”

“The organization is a Labor Union with approximately 2477 dues paying members employed by private sector employers and 15 dues paying members employed by public sector employers. All members have equal voting rights on matters concerning the day-to-day business and operations of the organization.”

“| Class of the Person: Nature of their rights:| Officers and members in good standing. All members and Officers of the organization have full voting rights to elect persons to the governing body. Officers can appoint persons to the governing body if no one runs for the position during an election or the position becomes vacant during the term. An election does not have to be held to fill a vacancy but appointments by the Officers are subject to approval of the membership at a business meeting.|”

“Class of the Person: All dues paying members in good standing. Decisions that require their approval: All decisions that impact the day-to-day operations of the organization. Nature of their rights: Full voting rights.”

“The return will be presented to the Officers of the organization on the day of filing. The Officers will be able to review the return and ask questions. If any questions arise that need to be addressed or it is found that any corrections need to be made an amended return will be filed.”
