| Our ministry organizes Coffee Break sessions for pastors, their spouses, and church leaders in Arequipa as well as in Puno and Juliaca. The session held for both Juliaca and Puno takes place in Puno, necessitating travel from Juliaca for participation. These gatherings aim to foster fellowship, immersive study of the Word, and mutual prayer among pastors. The initiative addresses the fact that many pastors have not previously encountered such a collaborative environment. By facilitating these meetings, we enable pastors from various churches to form valuable relationships and open opportunities for joint ministry events. In Puno and Juliaca, we typically engage between 35 to 50 pastors and leaders, while in Arequipa, attendance ranges from 50 to 75 participants. We ensure the provision of food at all events and occasionally distribute books and Bibles on special occasions. At the end of the year, we hold a special Christmas celebration in both regions, featuring an exchange of gifts among attendees. Additionally, our ministry presents each pastor, spouse, and leader with an annual day planner to assist them in scheduling and organizing their activities more effectively. These sessions are conducted monthly in both locations. It is important to note that our ministry does not receive grants; instead, we finance these events through donations from our partners. To cover expenses, we maintain a budget of $15,000 annually. | - | $15,000 |
| Construction Projects: We are assisting two churches with funding for their construction projects. For Iglesia Uncion Fresca, we provided financial support to install a roof over the church and complete the construction of a bathroom. With the help of our partners, we were able to contribute $2,200.00. The second construction project, at Jesus es El Salvador, involved funding amounting to $2,800.00. Our assistance enabled them to construct a brick wall around the church property. | - | $5,000 |
| Christmas Celebration for Kids: Iglesia Uncion Fresca and Jesus Es El Salvador both organize a special event for children during the Christmas holiday. Between the two churches, they can reach 250 to 300 children. We are one of several sponsors that provide financial assistance to support this initiative. The event begins with offering hot chocolate and panatona type of fruit caketo the children and their accompanying parent. Each child receives one toy; boys receive either a toy truck or a soccer ball, while girls receive either a doll or another gift purchased for them. Our combined financial contribution to both churches amount to $2,000.00. | - | $2,000 |
