CLIENTS AT RISK FOR HOMELESSNESS DUE TO MEDICAL CONDITION OF A CHILD ARE REFERRED BY SOCIAL WORKERS, SCHOOLS AND MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS.HOUSING: THE TULIP PROJECT IS A RESIDENTIAL CAMPUS DESIGNED TO SERVE MEDICALLY FRAGILE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
