Organized to provide for the maintenance and preservation of properties within the geographical area of the neighborhood, a residential subdivision and to promotes the health, safety, and welfare of the homeowners.

To promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents, to provide for the improvement, maintenance and management of any common areas and facilities, and to enforce the covenants to preserve the communitys appearance.
