“The Reserve at Kings Point Community Association's financial statements are audited annually. The reason I checked the box 'No' is that the audit of the financial statements will not be completed until after the deadline for the filing of our IRS Form 990. If there was a material change to the financial statements as a result of the audit, I would file an amended return to correct the discrepancy in this submission. Our 2023-24 Financial Statement audit was completed in December 2024 and did not report any discrepancies. In the opinion of the independent auditors, the Financial Statements were accurate.”
