In 2021 adminitrative duties were performed by the executive directors, susan cox and linda turner. Each report to the board of directors at the meetings and work with the verious officers and board members as needed

Registration to attend one meeting automatically enrolls you as a member of swars. Membership is retained for 1 year

Part IV Section C Line 11B

When the tax forms are completed by the executive director they are distributed to the officers. If any changes are equired, they are made by the directors. The final copy is given to the president for execution

Part VI, Section C, Line 19

At each annual business meeting, the treasurer makes a verbal statement to our members regarding the financial position of the swars. At that time, an offer is made to those members present to ask any questions regarding the swars finances. Alternatively, if any financial information is requested by any of our members during the year, we require that the request be put in writing addressing the specific information requested. The request should be addressed to the executive director who will advise the board and provide the requested information
