Mission

Through its meetings, advertising, conferences and education seminars, the Chapter is dedicated to fostering and promoting the writing, preparing, compiling, and utilization of specifications in the construction industry. Also it is dedicated to furthering the development of methods and procedures by providing the forum of association and communication between specific developers and users.
