DescriptionGrantsExpenses
Formal communications/discussions (written, electronic or telephonic) with the Employer concerning grievances or personnel policies, practices, or other general conditions of employment. Includes Grievance meetings, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration Hearings, Ethics meetings and Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey meetings. Approximately 100 - 200 employees benefit from these Representations meetings.--
Confer with employees with respect to any matters for which remedial relief may be sought, including to prepare grievances and reviewing documents; Communications whether written, electronic, or telephonic with employees about any matter related to their employment for which remedial relief is not currently sought; prepare replies to notices of proposed disciplinary, adverse, or unacceptable performance actions, and prepare for meetings with the Employer for the purpose of presenting reconsideration replies in connection with the denial of within-grade increases. Approximately 100 - 200 employees are conferred with in conjunctions to various actions taken by Management against the employees.--
Communications/discussions (written, electronic or telephonic) with the Employer seeking proper working conditions, pay levels and benefits. Approximately 1,300 employees benefit from the negotiations as it relates to working conditions, pay levels and benefits.--
