“Compensation of the president/ceo and various other executive level positions within the credit union are established by the board of directors, based on their consultation with an independent entity that provides comparability data and percentages of increase based on a scoring system. The president then uses same data to recommend salary increases for other employees. Board approval of salaries is documented in the board meeting minutes.”
