“The CEO's Salary is reviewed and approved by the board of directors. The performance of the credit union is factored into the amount of salary that is paid. The salary amount is compared to other CEO's based on a salary survey conducted by the Cornerstone Credit Union League. Management salaries are increases are based upon budgeted salary increase amount and the performance of the manager during the previous year. Their salary is also compared to the Cornerstone Credit Union salary range for their position.”
