The executive director forwards the 990 form to each board member for their review and comment. At the next board meeting, the board chairperson places a vote to accept the 990 form report.

All board members are required to affirm their compliance with the board members' code of conduct, which includes the organization's conflict of interest policy. Any disclosure of a conflict of interest is reviewed and discussed by the remainder of the board, who deliberate and vote upon the matter.
