The final draft of the 990 is reviewed by the treasurer. The president and/or other officers receive the final version of the form prior to filing.

The organization regularly and consistently monitors and enforces compliance with its conflict of interest policy. For trustees and officers conflict of interest policy, the supported organization requests completion of an annual disclosure form by january 31 for all trustees and officers.
