IRS990ScheduleA/FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt0THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES TO ATTRACT NEW AND ADDITIONAL PUBLIC SUPPORT ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS, MAINTAINING A BONA FIDE PROGRAM THAT CARRIES OUT ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO SOLICIT FUNDS AND ATTRACT SUPPORT FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED AND PROCESSED APPROXIMATELY 450 DONATIONS (FROM BOTH IDENTIFIED AND ANONYMOUS DONORS) IN 2019 THROUGH VARIOUS MEANS, INCLUDING THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION'S WEBSITE, AND VIA VARIOUS CSR PLATFORMS. THE CAUSE OF THE ORGANIZATION FAILING THE 33 1/3% SUPPORT TEST IS A DIRECT RESULT OF LARGE CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED FROM ONE INDIVIDUAL FROM 2013 THROUGH 2018. IN 2013, THE ORGANIZATION HELD A FUNDRAISING EVENT SPONSORED BY A WELL-KNOWN SPECIALIZED PROVIDER OF INTEGRATED LOGISTIC SERVICES, WHEREAS THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THIS COMPANY HAS DONATED LARGE SUMS OF MONEY EVER SINCE (HOWEVER, NO SUPPORT WAS RECEIVED FROM SAID DONOR IN 2019). THESE MONIES HAVE NEVER BEEN ACCOUNTED FOR AS "UNUSUAL GRANTS- AND HAVE BEEN SHOWN ON ALL PRIOR YEARS' SCHEDULE A'S AS PUBLIC SUPPORT. IF THE ORGANIZATION DECIDED TO TREAT THESE DONATIONS AS "UNUSUAL GRANTS", THUS REMOVING THEM FROM THE PUBLIC SUPPORT CALCULATION, THE ORGANIZATION WOULD HAVE NO ISSUES PASSING ITS ANNUAL 33 1/3% SUPPORT TEST AND THUS WOULD QUALIFY AS A PUBLICLY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION.
