The First Baptist Hurst Foundation

The foundation is organized to receive, manage and distribute assets (including the income generated by such assets) exclusively for the benefit of and in furtherance of the ministries of the first baptist church of hurst, texas. The foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for religious purposes and for such charitable and educational purposes consistent with its religious mission within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or any corresponding provision that may be in effect hereinafter.
