“China ministry: we shared the gospel with chinese and provided discipleship & mentoring for chinese christians in missions among unreached people groups; provided consultation for a local church in south carolina to reach out to international students from china; conducted 2 month research on chinese hui in the usa on their location and whether any church or ministry is ministering to them (discovered their population in the usa is too small and sparse for any church or ministry to allocate resources to minister among them at this time). Mission education & training: worked with a short-term mission team who engaged in ministry among unreached people groups in new york city by providing consultation before and during the mission trip; hosted and facilitated the second silk road hui conference to educate christians in america on ministry among chinese hui; developed and currently leading a new leadership team that is developing a new missionary training center to equip chinese christians for missionary work in the 10/40 window. Missionary recruiting: launched a new initiative to educate the body of christ on tent-making missions and business as missions in the 10/40 window that recruits future missionaries for non-traditional missionary service through secular jobs and starting businesses on the mission field; we were able to recruit 5 families and 2 individuals to serving from 2 months to long-term service through their careers with many more considering how to use their careers on the mission field.”
