The foundation does not have any employees. The board president is employed by plains memorial hospital. The sources utilized by the hospital in regard to fair market value in salaries are an executive compensation survey, published by torch. The board analyzes the results of the third-party survey and approves the compensation package for the president/ceo and other officers.
