Should an actual or potential conflict of interest be identified, it will be addressed within the framework of the "chain of command" established through governance, medical, and administrative structures. Individuals and/or entities are expected to remove themselves from engaging in any aspect of care, treatment, or service that may be negatively impacted due to an actual or potential conflict of interest.
