FORM 990, PART VI, QUESTION 7A THE MEMBER OF THE CORPORATION SHALL HAVE AUTHORITY TO APPOINT AND REMOVE INDIVIDUALS SERVING ON THE CORPORATION'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
