“The plano quarterback club provides support to the plano independent school district (pisd) for the maintenance of the locker room, weight room facilities, and equipment for the high school football program. This is administered to assist the pisd maintain a competitive football program. Of course, this provides students with the valuable experiences of team sports and plano wildcat quarterback club inc 75-2424405 sportsmanship that benefit both the individual student and the society in which they will live their adult lives. The club helps maintain the locker-room by paying for repairs on existing equipment, which benefits approximately 280 players and their 25 coaches who use this workout room. Additionally, the club pays for the maintenance and upkeep of a golf cart that is used by the coaching staff to transport equipment to the playing field and back again to the storage unit. The club pays the for professional filming and video production of practice sessions and of games played in order to improve the performance and safety of players and to assist the coaches with game strategies. The pisd does not have this expense in their budget for football, so the club pays this expense. The benefit of this service promotes faster learning, player safety, and a more competitive team. The club provides small stipend scholarships to graduating seniors who are going to continue in collegiate football program in colleges and universities. This is a small part of the club's mission, but helps getrecognition of the pisd football program, and its coaches when one of ours becomes famous. This also promotes goodwill for pisd alumni. The organization was able to show appreciation to the coaches and staff by providing meals, assist with travel expenses and providing general hospitality. The organization did not, during the year, receive any funds, directly, or indirectly, to pay premiums on a personal benefit contract.
