“Income: Sponsor, donations, program service revenue. Expenses: Business insurance, travel for board members to training meeting, office supplies, association dues, phone/internet, miscellaneous office expenses, contract labor for Joan Meeks, Program Manager and Ken Awtrey, Technical Consultant. Program Services: We are a sub-contractor with Texas Water Resources Institute of Texas A&M University on a 319 Grant from EPA through Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. We locate and qualify low-income homeowners in the Attoyac Bayou impaired watershed who are in need of repair or replacement of failing wastewater treatment systems. We contract with Texas Association of RC&D to help administer the Supplemental Environmental Projects Program. Projects include Household Hazardous Waste Collection, Abandoned Tire Cleanup and Recycling, Illegal Trash Dump Cleanup, Wastewater Treatment Assistance, and School Bus replacement. Pineywoods RC&D also contract with Sabine-Neches RC&D for administrative and office expenses.”
