With respect to any action taken on behalf of the board, the executive committee is required to report the action to the board within 10 days and the board may ratify the action at the next board meeting.”

Every 3 years, the organization utilizes an independent compensation consultant to prepare a compensation study for officers based on similar non-profit and for-profit industries with the last study completed during the fiscal year ended 6/30/24. The report included suggestions and comparisons which was reviewed by the board of directors, and used in determining officer compensation.
