“schedule D, Part X, line 2 The foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service("IRS") as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, except to the extent it has unrelated business income. For the years ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, the Foundation had no material net unrelated business income. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been provided in the accompanying financial statements. The Foundation's public charity status with the IRS is 509(a)(1).
