Cessation of or significant change to any program service Part III line 3

The volunteer organization's operations ceased for the emergency ambulatory service as of 9/30/2014. The services are now the responsibility of san saba county and are outsourced to a third party service provider.

Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9

The taxpayer ceased medical transport operations on 9/30/2014 and moved out of the building. The ems building improvements and renovations were removed from the fixed asset schedule as of this date. The building was a san saba county building and there was no sale transaction related to the building. This change in assets reduced net assets by $41,065.
