“The Chamber experienced turnover in the executive director position as well as bookkeeping services during this fiscal year, Financial statements had to be reconstructed due to loss of information up until the time of filing. A prior period adjustment was made to adjust beginning net asset balances in order to present a complete set of financial statements for the fiscal year at the time of filing. The financial statements were not compliled, reviewed, or audited by the preparer. An amended return will be filed at a later date if necessary once all records and data are in order.”
