WE KNEW THAT ONCE THAT YEAR WAS UP, TENANTS WOULD BE FACING SERIOUS RENT INCREASES. SO WE PAID OUT, BASED ON THEIR RENT AND HOW LONG THEY HAD BEEN WITH US, SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS TO EACH RESIDENT HOUSEHOLD. THIS WAS IN SEPTEMBER, 2019, AND IN OCT-DECEMBER, 2019.
