The mission of the mrac is to support, promote, and encourage participation and involement of all citizens of the region in quality experiences in both the arts and humanities. That is accomplished through lifelong arts in education opportunities, activities supporting area artists and creativity, providing a wide range of quality artistic performances, and activities that recognize the accomplishments of regional arts organizations and assist in their future development.
