Mission

To deliver the best commercial investment real estate education and services available from a real estate trade organization in the North Texas area, to provide our members with unique competitive advantages, to promote the local recognition of the CCIM designation and our members, and to present our membership with exceptional networking opportunities within the commercial real estate industry.

As a chapter of the commercial investment real estate institute the objectives of the chapter shall be the following:1) providing a forum for the exchange of information and business development.2) promoting the image and reputation of the institute, designation, and the chapter's ccim designee members.3) giving assistance and guidance to candidates seeking to become designees.4) providing opportunity for participation by members of the institute in an ongoing program of real estate education by supporting the education program of the institute.5) assisting the institute in achieving their purposes and objectives including: market feedback, course promotion, public relations, and membership recruitment and retention.

Madeleine crouch & company provides the following services to ntccim: provision of office space, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and utilities; staff to perform certain management, operational, and administrative services necessary for ntccim to execute its mission and goals.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

The organization has four classes of members as follows:1. CCIM Designee Members-shall enjoy all rights and privileges of membership, including the right to hold office and to vote. This membership is offered for commercial real estate practitioners and affiliates who have completed the CCIM course work and earned the CCIM designation.2. Candidate Members-shall enjoy all rights and privileges of membership, except the right to hold office of president or vice president or vote on amendments to the Bylaws. this membership is for individuals who are pursuing the CCIM designation. It requires no additional designations or advanced degrees.3. Affiliate Members-all members who are not members of CCIM Institute are affiliate members of the chapter and enjoy all rights and privileges of membership, except the right to hold office of president or vice president or vote on amendments to the Bylaws. this membership type is for commercial real estate practioners and commercial service providers and businesses not seeking the CCIM designation and have an interest in benefits at the chapter level only.4.Student Members-this membership type is for full-time college students, enrolled in a real estate program, to join as academic members to grow their commercial real estate network.
