Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4

- The Board of Directors of Good Shepherd Community Center, Inc. approved a Dissolution and Distribution Plan following a voluntary decision to wind up the corporation with an effective date of September 1, 2014. Active conduct of the business ceased during 2014 prior to the dissolution. All remaining debts and liabilities have been paid and the remaining funds were distributed 20 each to five Presbyterian Churches as shown on Schedule N. This final Form 990 covers the period from January 1, 2014 through the date of complete dissolution.
