Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4

The Board of Directors of the Good Shepherd Community Center, Inc. has approved a Dissolution and Distribution Plan following a voluntary decision to wind up the corporation. The active conduct of the its business has already ceased during 2014. After payment of all remaining debts and liabilities any remaining funds will be distributed 20 each to five Presbyterian Churches. A final Form 990 covering the period from January 1, 2014 through the date of termination will be filed for 2014.

- This Form 990 was prepared by the independent CPA. There was no annual audit for 2013. The Form 990 was approved by the Executive Director and will be circulated to the Board of Directors for review at the next scheduled board meeting.

The active conduct of the its business has already ceased during 2014. After payment of all remaining debts and liabilities any remaining funds will be distributed 20 each to five Presbyterian Churches. A final Form 990 covering the period from January 1, 2014 through the date of termination will be filed for 2014.
