The extent of the vp review will be comprehensive. The vice president of finance will review the from 990 with the audit committee of the board of directors in detail at the next regularly scheduled meeting. Proposed or ongoing questionable transactions with conflicts need prior advice and, if consummated with conflict, written approval of the president. All hhs representatives and family members are covered under the policy. All determinations are reviewed and made by the president. All hhs representatives are obligated to comply with the president's decision and failure to do so will be viewed as a serious disciplinary offense and may result in discipline, up to and including dismissal from a volunteer position or termination of employment.

The organization have been recognized by the internal revenue service as not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (the code) and are exempt from federal income taxes on related income pursuant to section 501(a) of the code. The oraganization adopted the income tax standard for uncertain tax positions. This standard clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an organization's financial statements in accordance with the income tax standard. This standard prescribes recognition and measurement of tax positions taken or expected to be taken on a tax return that are not certain to be realized. The organization's income tax returns are subject to review and examination by federall, state and local authorities. The organization is not aware of any activities that would jeopardize its tax exempt status. The organization is not aware of any activities that are subject to tax on unrelated business income or excise or other tax excempt for those that are already reported annually. The tax returns for the years 2010 through 2013 are open to examination by fedral, state and local authorities.
