“Excerpt from organization by laws: the corporation shall have individual non-voting memberships. Qualifications and eligibility requirements for membership shall be defined within these bylaws in conformance with nevada revised statute 82.031. A. Individual member qualifications. Any individual who supports the mission and affirmatively accepts the offer of non-voting membership through the payment of annual dues, to be set by the board, is eligble for membership as an indiviual member. B. Individual member dues. Each individual member must pay to this corporation, within the time and on the conditions set by the board, dues in the amounts to be fixed from time to time by the board. C. These members who have paid the required dues, fees, and assesments, if any, and who are not suspended, shall be members in good standing of this corporation.”
