THE RIC PROGRAM OFFERS OUTPATIENT TREATMENT IN A CONTINUM THAT MEETS THE CLIENTS WHERE THEY ARE; WHETHER THEY ARE JUST BEGINNING TO THINK ABOUT TREATMENT OR IN NEED OF RECOVERY SUPPORT.
