Raphael Realty Inc. (Realty) has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a not-for-profit corporation as described in Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(2). The corporation is exempt from federal income taxes unless tax on unrelated business income is applicable. Management believes that Realty has adequately addressed all relevant tax positions and that there are no unrecorded tax liabilities. Management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examination for years prior to 2012.
