The central pennsylvania digital learning foundation is a digital charter school designed to meet the needs of students who: 1. Are highly motivated to learn in an independent setting, 2. May have difficulty with the social setting of the public school.

Provide elementary and secondary public education for children of school age who are residents of pennsylvania
