“Line 3 - management delegated governing body of association selected and voted on a management company to handle the administrative affairs of the association. A formal agreement exists between the management company and the association stating terms, conditions, and fees of the services provided by management. Line 11b - organization's process to review form 990 the independent outside accountant prepares the 990 from accounting data provided by the treasurer. Upon completion of the 990 it is mailed to the treasurer for review. All questions, if there are any, are presented to the accountant for answering. Once all questions are answered satisfactorily, the treasurer makes the decision to file the return. Line 19 - governing documents disclosure explanation it is the policy of the association not to share internal information with the public. All members are allowed to view the bylaws on the website under a members' services area. Members may also request from management verbal information regarding the financial statements of the association.”
