VPCN'S MEDICAID OUTREACH AND EDUCATION PROGRAM: PROVIDES INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS TO ENROLL IN FIVE STATE ELIGIBILITY PROGRAMS: CHIP, MEPD, TANF, FOOD STAMPS, AND MEDICAID. THIS ASSISTANCE RESULTED IN THE SUBMISSION OF SEVERAL APPLICATIONS TO THE TEXAS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION.
