“Radiant g programming (including adult & allies services): radiant g circles in schools consist of self-efficacy building groups for girls in grades 3-12 that meet weekly for the delivery of radiant g curriculum modules. Genaustins staff customizes a group format that meets the unique needs of the girls at each specific campus. School staff can elect to have recruitment-based programming open to any girl who would like to participate or alternately, genaustins staff works with them to identify girls who are most in need of support services. School counselors and administrators frequently refer girls who have difficulty building healthy relationships or regulating their emotions, truancy, fighting, self-harm, anxiety, involvement with the juvenile justice system, etc. Radiant g circles utilizes the self-efficacy building radiant g curriculum and has been shown to increase girls self-efficacy at statistically significant levels. Radiant g circles can also be facilitated at community centers or in the form of one-time workshops and assemblies. Genaustin also adapts this program to serve girls who are living in detention facilities through a partnership with juvenile probations entities. Lastly, radiant g conferences are statewide, multi-city events designed especially for thousands of girls in grades 3-8 and the people who care about them; where the curriculum comes to life with the largest number of people in one day genaustin offers a variety of parent/guardian workshops, corporate partner engagement sessions, educator professional development, and other adult educational presentations and interactive meetings. These workshops cover many of the same topics as our radiant g curriculum for girls, with the spin of being relevant for allies who may not share lived experiences with girls. The hope is to expand the network to include as many allies and adults as possible who help girls believe in themselves it is important that community members of all types learn more about our mission and participate in trainings and activities to help support the girls in their lives.”

“The spark change project (scp): founded in 2020, spark change project is delivered in a strategic collaboration with the excellence and advancement foundation. The scp centers a small group of high school aged girls of color as leaders, who gain a part time job, find their own activist voices, and galvanize a wider network of their peers. Scp hosts a number of program events such as issue forums, town halls, and other community events. Girls in the program explore topics like identity, public speaking skills, service learning, and navigating political systems. They review policy that is most relevant to their lives such as school justice, menstrual equity, teen dating violence prevention, lgbtq+ issues, and mental health outcomes for girls of color. The program is in full swing during odd yearsas the texas legislature only meets for a session every other year. During off- session years, the girls work on projects like curriculum creation, policy research, and letter writing to local officials.(this is not a new project. It was combined with 1st accomplishment on previous returns)”
