“The amount of ($500) reported on Line 20 of Part I represents a reconciling adjustment necessary to align the organization's reported net assets per the income and expense statement with the net assets reflected on the year-end balance sheet (Part II, Line 27, Column B). Despite multiple review of the organization's accounting records, a $500 variance remained that could not be specifically identified. To ensure that the Form 990-EZ accurately reconciles, the adjustment was made in accordance with IRS instructions for reporting immaterial differences. This adjustment is non-operational in nature and does not reflect any income or expenses incurred during the current tax year.”
