“Our athletes begin with a foundation of family and fun and progressively work to the excellence that defines team summit as a premier environment for their development. The 2023-24 season was a year of strategic change in team summit. We began the season creating an operational strategic plan. This culminated in the creation of five action initiative plans. Those plans created a focus on accessibility, community outreach, coach recruitment and retention, elite athlete retention, and venues. These initiatives are shaping the future of team summit, increasing accessibility to our programs and empowering the success of our athletes. We had nearly 1,500 registrations in our programs. With many athletes participating in more than one program we had nearly 1,200 individuals participate in our programs. We had five athletes name to jr. Worlds teams in slopestyle, half-pipe, alpine, and ski cross. Another five athletes earned the right to participate in the youth olympic games in alpine, ski cross and moguls. One athlete earned a silver medal in the ski cross team event.”
